November 2015 saw the Cup North coffee festival take place in Manchester, and event where micro coffee roasters, specialist coffee bars and coffee professionals could advertise their skills and art to the general public. While the majority of the stands featured coffee machines and brewing coffee, Toper brought something a little bit different in the shape of a 5kg and 1kg coffee roasting machine. While most people are used to seeing coffee being brewed, very few get the opportunity to see the amazing roasting machines which make the very special coffees they enjoy drinkable. This also brought a very special experience for the micro roasters at the event, because they could now get an idea of size if they were looking to upgrade their existing coffee roaster.
